1) You can obviously tell which year I was unemployed.
2) I am coming to the realization that my book choice might not be considered academic...by any stretch of the imagination.
3) I don't really care... ;)
It turns out that I really like reading young adult (okay, okay...teen and children fiction) books. They just capture my attention a lot better than "scholarly" books (I do teach Kindergarten). And I figure that if I have to live in reality why do I need to read about it too? Every once in a while I try to read something from the classics, but as well written as "Jane Eyre" is, it can be a little tedious to get through.
Goal for 2011: Read a few more classics in between my "easy" reads!
Also, for anybody who might still be reading this post right now, consider this my official plug for the "Hunger Games" series. If you haven't read them, you should. I can't tell you anything about the story, but they are a MUST READ! You won't regret a single minute.

Yes, I'm a geek. Don't care.
Wow! This is amazing!!! You've read so many books. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the last of the Hunger Games series. I hated it. So I'd love for you to convince me out of that :) I miss you sister and I want to catch up! Hope you are well!!!!!
